Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Processing time begins once payment has been received and your order has been confirmed.

  • During high-volume seasons (holidays, sales, or new launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

Delays

  • If your order is delayed beyond the normal processing window, we will make every effort to contact you at the email address provided at checkout.

  • Shipping carriers may also experience delays (weather, postal issues, or peak seasons) which are outside of our control.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Standard shipping timelines vary by region (usually 3–7 business days after your order leaves our shop).

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information entered at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist you with information for filing a claim.
